90-minute Intensive with Coach Natalie Eckdahl

1:1 SLACK SUPPORT

  • ​Use Slack with Natalie to ask your coaching questions as they happen.
  • No need to wait for your scheduled call.
  • Send text and voice messages.
  • Natalie is online 5 days a week (usually Monday-Thursday and Saturday).
  • You can expect replies within 4 hours on those days (if not sooner).

911 COACHING CALL

  • Book a 30-minute coaching call (as needed) to address an issue that cannot wait for the mastermind or be resolved 1:1 through Slack.

4 CEOCHIX calls per month on Tuesdays:

  • Our Mastermind Calls occur twice a month. These calls are perfect to get feedback from the group in real time. 
  • Natalie facilitates and guides these discussions and also provides coaching.
  • ​Each member is invited to ask a mastermind question at one of the two mastermind calls per month.
  • Week 2: CEO Workshop (implementation, co-working, breakout rooms) hosted by BizChix Team Member.
  • Week 4: Goal Setting facilitated by Coach Natalie.

  • ​We will personally review your application and reach out to you via email with any questions and next steps.

  • ​If your application is accepted, we will notify you and send onboarding information.
  • ​Your spot in the group is guaranteed once your first payment is received.

The program begins with your 90 minute, 1:1 Intensive. There are 4 group calls per month on Tuesdays. 
We connect as a group between calls via Slack and you have 1:1 access to Natalie there for coaching right when you need it (really!). The retreat is September 22-25, 2024 (you provide your own transportation and accommodations). Finally, you can request a 911 call as need throughout the program. The goal is to support you and envelop you in community.
